Soraya is an outstanding government employee who has made significant contributions and effort towards applying process improvement.
Honorary Moment
Soraya Lowry is a Program Manager at the City of Sea-Tac and she has spent 20 years in local government. Soraya Lowry has managed a wide variety of projects ranging from negotiating development agreements with Sound Transit for light rail to developing the city’s evolving community engagement program.
One of Soraya’s responsibilities is to help lead the city’s first comprehensive strategic planning, performance management and process improvement effort based on Lean Six Sigma principles.
