What do I do if my course isn’t loading properly?
We recommend using Google Chrome when accessing our courses. This solves most issues people have. You can also try clearing/emptying your cache. If you’re still having issues, try an incognito browser or another browser/devices. If you still have issues, contact us, and we’ll assist you further.
What do I do if I registered for a course but haven’t received access?
Your course and login information is typically emailed to you within a few minutes. If you have not received it in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder. Sometimes, these emails are filtered. If you haven’t received anything, please contact us, and we’ll assist you further.
