Individuals and groups who purchase courses will have one full year to access the courses.

Annual Subscription Terms

By subscribing to our services, you agree to an annual subscription plan that automatically renews on the anniversary of your subscription date. Your subscription will be renewed automatically for successive one-year terms unless you choose to cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to prevent automatic renewal. Access to GLSS courses and content purchased will no longer be accessible to users once canceled. No learner data will be lost.

Monthly Subscription Terms

By selecting the monthly subscription option, you agree to a contractual commitment for a minimum term of one year, with payments made monthly.

The monthly subscription plan is subject to the following terms:

• Contract: By subscribing to the monthly plan, you are committed to maintaining the subscription for one year.
• Cancellation Fee: If you choose to cancel before the term ends, you’ll be charged a sum equivalent to the remaining months of your contract.
• Missed Payment: Failure to make a monthly payment within the contracted period will lock your account and invalidate your certificates.

Refund Policy

No Refunds. All registration fees paid, whether paid one-time, monthly or annually, are completely non-refundable.

Limitations on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall GLSS, or any of its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, or content or service providers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use, the LMS or the courses or the content, materials and function related thereto, including, without limitation, loss of revenue or anticipated profits, or lost business, data, or sales, or cost of substitute services, even if GLSS or its representative or such individual has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
