If your course access has expired, you can subscribe to our GLSS Membership to reinstate your access. Once subscribed, you can access all our courses and future course updates and releases for as long as your subscription is active.
The passing rate is 100% because our exams allow you to reference your notes and allow unlimited retakes. Feel free to check out some of the reviews of our courses here:
We recommend using Kure to complete and manage your Lean Six Sigma Projects.
Kure is our online project management platform that automates Lean Six Sigma implementation and streamlines project workflows to deliver measurable improvements. Kure walks learners through each project step with Just-In-Time tutorials and in-app statistical analysis tools.
With our GLSS Membership, you'll have access to all our courses and can complete them in any order.
However, our recommended learning path is Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and then Black Belt. There is no material overlap, and each course builds upon what is taught and discussed in the previous belt level.
We accept the following forms of payment:

We cannot accept cash as a form of payment.
Prior work experience or being actively employed is not required to register for our courses.
Each course walks you through a real-world case study and project, showing you how the tools and methodologies can be applied in various industries.
No Refunds. All registration fees paid, whether paid one-time, monthly or annually, are completely non-refundable.

To ensure the quality of our GLSS (GoLeanSixSigma.com) certification holders, recertification is required every two years.
The recertification process consists of retaking the course or submitting a Lean Six Sigma project through Kure.
Our new certificates now include a specified expiration date. If your certificate shows no expiration date, your certification will expire two years after the course completion date.
If your certificate has expired, it can no longer be verified. To renew your certification, please subscribe to our GLSS Membership.
As an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) for the Project Management Institute (PMI), GLSS (GoLeanSixSigma.com) courses offer Professional Development Units (PDUs). Our ATP # is 5822.

Yes. Click here to register through the San Diego State University (SDSU) website.
After paying and registering, youâll be fully refunded the cost that you originally paid to GLSS (GoLeanSixSigma.com).
Youâll then be reassigned to the SDSU-specific course, and your course progress will be updated.
After completing the course, youâll have access to your SDSU-branded certificate and receive a Letter of Completion.
A project is not required for certification but is highly recommended to enhance your learning experience and showcase delivered results.
We recommend using Kure, our Lean Six Sigma project management app, to help you complete projects more easily and quickly. Kure walks you through each project step with Just-In-Time tutorials and in-app statistical analysis tools.
With the GLSS Membership Individual Plan, you'll get complimentary access to Kure for 6 months.

We recently migrated our users' accounts and achievements (certificates) from our old platform to our new platform. Note: Course progress was not included in this migration.

Sometimes, our emails are filtered as spam, junk, or promotions (if you're using Gmail).
Please configure your email account or check with your organization's IT Team to ensure you can receive emails from our domains (@glss.app and @goleansixsigma.com).

Your certificate can be found in the "My Certifications" section at the bottom of your account's dashboard.
If your certificate isn't shown, your course may not be 100% complete. To check this, open your course and click the green Continue button under your overall course percentage to automatically navigate to the incomplete modules. Ensure all sub-modules have a checkmark. Once all training modules and exams have been completed, your course certificate will be generated, and the green Continue button under your overall course percentage will change to View Certificate.
