CERTIFICATION PROCESS

Complete the GLSS Green Belt Training by starting a process improvement project after a problem is identified, examining the process where the problem is occurring and measuring its performance, finding and addressing the root cause of the problem, and delivering improvement results by implementing the best solutions and ensuring the process continues to perform well. Youâll have the option to complete a Green Belt project alongside your training. Once you finish your training and assessments, youâll earn your GLSS Green Belt Certification!
Request 1-on-1 Project Coaching and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt will help ensure your project is completed successfully and efficiently. Our Group Project Coaching makes it easy for teams to complete online training while also creating the opportunity for groups to learn together, developing a synergy beyond individual coaching.

To ensure the quality of our GLSS (GoLeanSixSigma.com) certification holders, recertification is required every two years. The recertification process consists of retaking the course or submitting a Lean Six Sigma project through Kure. Our new certificates now include a specified expiration date. If your certificate shows no expiration date, your certification will expire two years after the course completion date. To renew your certification, please subscribe to our GLSS Membership.
