Champion Training & Certification is built to prepare business leaders to confidently lead Lean Six Sigma efforts across their organizations. Through interactive lessons, practical examples, and real-world scenarios, participants will learn how to identify high-value improvement opportunities, sponsor impactful projects, and lead meaningful organizational change.
The course also introduces the concept of Ethical Efficiency™—empowering leaders to drive performance improvements while protecting the integrity of their people, customers, and communities. Because true success isn’t just about doing things faster—it’s about doing them right.

- Understand the fundamentals of Lean and Six Sigma
- Explore the role of a Champion in fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Learn how to identify and select improvement projects that align with strategic goals and create lasting impact

To ensure the quality of our GLSS (GoLeanSixSigma.com) certification holders, recertification is required every two years. The recertification process consists of retaking the course or submitting a Lean Six Sigma project through Kure. Our new certificates now include a specified expiration date. If your certificate shows no expiration date, your certification will expire two years after the course completion date. To renew your certification, please subscribe to our GLSS Subscription.

The GLSS Champion Training course does a great job laying out the roles and expectations of being a Lean Six Sigma Champion.
