Course Description
GLSS Yellow Belt Training & Certification is an entry-level course for people new to Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and tools. This course provides foundational process improvement skills more efficiently and more effectively than any other Yellow Belt course. GLSS Yellow Belts are able to complete real Lean Six Sigma projects because our course focuses on real application, also known as Project-Based Learning.

Certification Process
Complete the GLSS Yellow Belt Training by starting a process improvement project after a problem is identified, examining the process where the problem is occurring and measuring its performance, finding and addressing the root cause of the problem, and delivering improvement results by implementing the best solutions and ensuring the process continues to perform well. Youâll have the option to complete a Yellow Belt project alongside your training using Kure. Once you finish your training and assessments, youâll earn your GLSS Yellow Belt Certification!

To ensure the quality of our GLSS (GoLeanSixSigma.com) certification holders, recertification is required every two years. The recertification process consists of retaking the course or submitting a Lean Six Sigma project through Kure. Our new certificates now include a specified expiration date. If your certificate shows no expiration date, your certification will expire two years after the course completion date. To renew your certification, please subscribe to our GLSS Subscription.

Very informative information
engaging and effective case study for an introductory course.
Easy to follow
easy to follow for physical processes, not as clear on how to apply to mental processes
The course content and how it was presented was very good and I learned the basic processes associated with DMAIC and process improvement.
I found the training to be both comprehensive and meaningful. The practice set was especially valuable, giving me deeper insight into how to analyze each step and work toward an effective solution.
Easy to understand and easy to learn.
A solid course to teach Lean Six Sigma. Relatively easy to complete with a few activities to reinforce learning. Wish there were more interactive activities.
This was a great course to take for someone new to to Lean Six Sigma. It is great for visual learners and provided the information in an easy to remember way.
Traditionally, when people think of Lean Six Sigma they think about the benefits of streamlining industrial settings. I am in a very different field: I use my Occupational Therapy degree as an Activity Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility. I found this course to be very beneficial to an analytical brain such as mine. I learned how to organize the data I already collect and how to use it to my maximum benefit. I look forward to taking additional classes in the future to further my knowledge. Never stop learning!
