Complete the GLSS Black Belt Training to improve your Leadership & Change Management skills, coach Green Belts and project teams, manage improvement programs, and perform statistical analysis with Kureâs AI. You’ll have the option to complete a Black Belt project alongside your training. Once you finish your training and assessments, you’ll earn your GLSS Black Belt Certification!

To ensure the quality of our GLSS (GoLeanSixSigma.com) certification holders, recertification is required every two years. The recertification process consists of retaking the course or submitting a Lean Six Sigma project through Kure. Our new certificates now include a specified expiration date. If your certificate shows no expiration date, your certification will expire two years after the course completion date. To renew your certification, please subscribe to our GLSS Subscription.

Overall great course and highly recommend.
I enjoyed the way the course was structured. The visuals are well done and engaging, and the assessments were all straight from the course material. Overall, great content and I learned plenty of tools and insights on how to analyze and manage organizational processes.
Simple, interactive tool to learn effectively.
I found the Lean Six Sigma training to be highly practical and well-structured. The content was clearly explained and built in a way that made complex concepts like DMAIC, hypothesis testing, and DOE much easier to understand and apply in real-world scenarios.
I especially appreciated how the training tied tools back to actual process improvement work rather than just theory. The examples and exercises helped reinforce learning and made it easier to see how Lean Six Sigma can be used to solve everyday operational challenges.
Overall, this was a valuable training experience that strengthened both my analytical thinking and my ability to approach problems in a more structured, data-driven way.

The course was awesome. I learned a lot of great things. The support was outstanding, but I did find some of the project challenging. Some of the information was not real clear and caused me to redo some of my project work. Overall, it is a great course, and I would recommend it to my peers.
