Process Capability Indicators measure how closely Process Outputs align within customer specifications when using continuous data (time, weight, volume, etc). These measures involve comparisons of process standard deviation and process mean to customer requirements.

Cu, Cpl and Cpk are the capability measures for continuous data, with higher values being more desirable. Any number less than one indicates a process that is not currently capable.
