1-on-1 Project Coaching includes a total of six hours of live web meetings or calls with a Master Black Belt (Senior Consultant).
- 1 hour for Project Selection and
- 1 hour Tollgate Review after each DMAIC Phase
Available as an add-on for Green Belt Training & Certification and Black Belt Training & Certification.
*To ensure the success of your project, proactively use all of your allotted coaching time. Schedule your coaching meetings after completing the Introduction module and after each of the phases of DMAIC (Six 1-hour coaching sessions total). Note that there are no refunds for unused coaching time.

The Black Belt course was insightful and helped develop a good process in our project.
