Project Documentation is the deliberate preservation of process improvement work. Key outputs such as process charters, process maps, customer requirements, and charts and graphs are captured for multiple purposes; as a display to leadership, as educational tools for process participants, as guides for team leaders and as a way to transfer best practices.
