Complete our GLSS Training by starting a process improvement project after a problem is identified, examining the process where the problem is occurring and measuring its performance, finding and addressing the root cause of the problem, and delivering improvement results by implementing the best solutions and ensuring the process continues to perform well.
You’ll have the option to complete a project alongside your training. Once you finish your training and assessments, you’ll earn your GLSS Certification!
