My course is not loading properly. What do I do?

Please try the following:

  • Using Google Chrome: Can you please try using Google Chrome if you aren’t already? This solves most issues people have. Here is a download link for your convenience: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/

Empty your browser cache:

  • Clear/empty your cache (please use this link if you need help:
    http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/)
  • Restart your browser
  • Visit https://glss.litmos.com

Alternative options:

  • Try an incognito browser
  • Ensure that your operating system is fully updated and you are on a
  • high-speed internet connection
  • Try another browser/device (desktop/laptop/phone/tablet)

Sometimes organizations have firewalls enabled that prevent users from accessing our courses. To test this, please attempt to access the course with a different internet connection.
