The course offered a straightforward and practical look into Lean thinking. Additionally, the assessments helped me further understand concepts such as the 8 Wastes and the different paths a company can take to get started.
Overall, the course did a great job of building a solid foundation and showing how Lean principles apply to everyday scenarios. It is a good starting point for anyone wanting to see how Lean can streamline processes, empower their team, and build lasting value for the organization.

I learned about Lean Six Sigma in my doctoral program; it was like drinking water from a fire house. This format is much more comprehensive, and I also appreciate GLSS focus on an ethical approach to efficiency. I don't know why we need to make things complicated to "feel" smart. My litmus test is whether I can easily explain something I've learned to my mother, and after watching this I certainly can.
The modules are bite-sized, data-driven and perfectly paced for busy professionals. It gives you the exact tools and vocabulary needed to start contributing to team projects right away.

The GLSS Yellow Belt course was clear, simple, and easy to follow. The examples and activities made the concepts practical and I feel more confident using basic Lean Six Sigma tools.

The information came naturally to me and this course gave me the language behind the actions. It was simplified enough to make sense.
The step-by-step approach, with real-world examples of how to work through each phase, was very helpful. My work schedule often times does not allow for me to take a consistent approach to the learning, so the ability to learn at my own pace, along with the how the course was sectioned off, detailing the learning about DMAIC, it's use and functionality, was a huge plus for me. Additionally, the ability to return to a previous section, to get a deeper understanding of the concepts was helpful as well.
Excellent class and directly applicable to my real world project. Thank you so much for all the new information I have gained.
