At GLSS, we believe learning should be rewarding, motivating, and fun!
That’s why we’re excited to introduce one of our newest additions to the GLSS App: Leaderboards, a gamified experience that celebrates your progress and recognizes your achievements as you grow your skills.
What are the Leaderboards?
When you log in to your GLSS dashboard, you’ll notice a brand-new section at the top highlighting your current rank across three categories:
- Most Certifications – How many courses you’ve completed
- Highest Scorers – Based on your overall quiz performance
- Most Badges – Earned from completing modules, courses, and various in-app activities
Each leaderboard card shows your current placement alongside the top five users in that category, giving you a quick snapshot of how you stack up. Select “Go to Leaderboards” to dive deeper and explore your standings.
Explore the Full Leaderboard
The dedicated Leaderboards page gives you a detailed look at the top 100 performers in each category. You’ll even see helpful indicators that show when your rank has changed.
By default, you’ll view the global rankings, but if you belong to an organization, you can switch to your organization-specific leaderboard to see how you compare with your peers. This makes it easier to celebrate wins, encourage friendly competition, and track progress within your team.
Privacy Settings
Prefer not to appear in the rankings? No problem. You can opt out anytime by visiting your Settings and turning off “Show me on leaderboards.”
This ensures your name and progress remain private while you continue learning entirely at your own pace.
Stay Consistent With Daily Streaks
To help you stay motivated and build steady learning habits, we’ve also introduced Daily Streaks. Each consecutive day you log in increases your streak count, which is displayed in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
Miss a day? Your streak resets, so keep coming back to learn, grow, and climb higher on the leaderboards!
