Mike Osterling has more than 20 years’ experience leading Lean transformations and business performance improvement from within and as an external consultant. As a consultant, he has coached, trained, and facilitated leadership and improvement teams in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, oil and gas, financial services, technology, and healthcare. Mike is the author of several books including Value Stream Mapping and The Kaizen Event Planner.
