Enjoyed the narration to the content. it was important for me to stay engaged.
I enjoyed about the different tools and methods that can be used to drive continues improvement. Sometimes it can be a flood of information, but otherwise a great course.
I really enjoyed this class. I have learned a lot about the level of detail that goes into selecting DMAIC projects at the Green Belt level.
The information was very interesting and I can see how it will be helpful in future endeavors. The short activities during modules helped to cement the information as well. I don't think it was necessary to continuously suggest additional subscriptions/trainings while taking the course.
Very easy and well detailed.
This course has helped me understand the pillars of Lean Six Sigma and how to apply them to real-world projects. It is not as in-depth as other much longer Green Belt courses, however it gives you the best crash-course for you to get out and start reducing waste.
This training is easy to follow and is a great learning tool. Plenty of examples and application exercises.
The content is applicable to businesses who need to upgrade their service levels. The content is appropriate and clearly outlined. I like that the visuals were used to enhance the experience. The exercises were also appropriate for each content. This content is highly transferable to any service sector.
