Pamela Kuehling
Pamela Kuehling is the Director of Procurement for the City of St. Louis. Her responsibilities include managing the supply chain for over $150 million for all City departments, and many city agencies. Her background as a state Malcolm Baldrige Examiner, and a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma helps her save the City both money and time through process efficiency.
