Brenda Williams
Brenda Williams is currently a Division Manager in the Election Operations Bureau with the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk in Los Angeles, California. She is a certified Master Black Belt and has led the Department’s Lean Six Sigma team in implementing several process improvements utilizing Six Sigma methodologies.
