It’s a great idea to include the potential Champion of a project when assessing the viability of that project. If you would like more defined criteria (and rankings) you have other options since this tool is meant to be a simple way to assess the viability of a project. This includes a Weighted Criteria Matrix which allows the user to define and weight the criteria for project selection. Project Selection should always include the potential Champion of the project whichever tool you use.
