Steal shamelessly! There are probably hundreds of Lean Six Sigma Vision and Mission statements, sometimes starting with a few that really resonate with the team is a good start.

Also, here is an exercise to help inspire people in creating a Vision:

  • Display various pictures on the table.
  • Have each team member pick two pictures: One represents the team today. The second represents the team in the future.
  • Have each team member explain the picture and the analogy to the team.
