Description

Six 1-hour sessions to define strategy goals and launch supportive projects. This will include building a Project Portfolio that may include multiple problem-solving projects and “just do it” projects.

The task covered included:

• Developing useful strategic measures and goals, including how to identify problematic measures and turn them into practical measures
• Identifying and validating high-value projects
• Launching projects
• Leadership role in setting direction, reviewing progress, and removing obstacles to success
• Providing guidance on using the Kure Portfolio to track progress and identify needed interventions
