Description
Group Project Coaching makes it easy for learners to complete online training while also creating the opportunity for groups to learn together, developing a synergy beyond individual coaching. The learners, working in project teams, meet for live online group sessions with a Master Black Belt dedicated to the group through the completion of their projects.
Three 1-hour group sessions create a structure for completing the training and provide dialogue between the learners and Master Black Belt. The live session focuses on enhancing the learning and accelerating the completion of high-value projects.
The Group Project Coaching is for up to 15 learners and 3 projects.
The live sessions are scheduled 4 to 5 weeks apart. At the end of the three sessions, the learners will have 4 to 6 weeks to complete their projects. The Master Black Belt will approve the completed projects in order to receive certification.

In addition to the live sessions, unlimited Master Black Belt coaching is provided with a discussion board dedicated to the group. This provides a forum for individuals and teams to connect with each other and with the Master Black Belt, creating a dedicated eco-system to ensuring success.
