Great training! I loved that we used the same example organization throughout the training and we were able to help solve their problems along the way. Having the exams throughout the training was also great. I especially love the focus on the customer which doesn't always happen. I highly recommend!

Great course

I thoroughly enjoyed the user interfaces in this course. It made learning quite enjoyable.

This is sure an educative class. I enjoyed very bit of it. I learnt a lot from this class. self explanatory.

This was very comprehensive and easy to follow. The examples reinforced the content. I am elated that there are downloads to use in addition to the continued access to the modules for review.

I'll have to say, I enjoyed the class. Instead of just memorizing terms, I felt like I really grasped the concepts. This was a perfect model for learning what the processes are really about. And I love the self paced too. The time frame given was reasonable too.

I would say that the website can be a little confusing when you try to use other links out side the core curriculum. Still I think it was money well spent.
