Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?
We know you’ll love our courses as much as we do. Although if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied (and the course has not been completed), please email contact@goleansixsigma.com to request a refund within 30 days of your course purchase.
For individual (single license) purchases, if it is within 30 days and the course has not been completed, we offer a full refund. For group purchases, licenses can be exchanged for other courses. For example, Green Belt licenses can be exchanged for Yellow Belt licenses. Refunds are not available for group purchases.

I’m interested in registering for Training & Certification. Are there prerequisites for any of your courses?
The only course that has a prerequisite is our Black Belt Training & Certification. Passing our Green Belt Certification Exam is a required prerequisite for the Black Belt course. This is to ensure you have working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt concepts and tools.
Three (3) attempts are permitted per section of the Certification Exam. If you are unable to pass all sections with an 80% or higher score, you must register for the full Green Belt Training & Certification course. Please contact us for more information on how to register for the Green Belt Certification Exam.
I don’t have my Green Belt but I would like to obtain my Black Belt. Can I register for the Black Belt anyway?
Yes, you may still register for the Black Belt Training & Certification course. However, passing our Green Belt Certification Exam is a required prerequisite for the Black Belt Training & Certification course. Three attempts are permitted per section of the Certification Exam. If you are unable to pass all sections with an 80% or higher score, you must register for the full Green Belt Training & Certification course.
Do I need to be employed to register for a course?
No, you do not need to be (employed/working for a company) in order to register for any of our courses. Simply enter “none” in the company field to continue your check out process.
Please note that Black Belt Candidates are required to complete a live project. Projects must be business-related. We highly recommend a project be completed at your place of employment. If you are not employed, a business-related project can be completed by finding a sponsor organization. We highly recommend finding a nonprofit organization to sponsor your project. We also encourage finding volunteer or internship opportunities.

How long will Training take to complete?
Black Belt Training will take approximately 48 hours (6 days in total) to complete. Project work is separate and can take several months to complete. See the Course Pacing Schedule for suggested timelines. (and link to schedule).
How long do I have access to Training?
Black Belt Training is accessible for one year after registration.
Can I access the Training via mobile device or tablet?
Yes! All of our courses are fully compatible with your tablets and mobile phones. This includes iOS, Android and Windows devices that support HTML5.

Do I have to pay again if I do not pass the Certification exam?
No, you do not have to pay again. We allow unlimited, immediate retakes.
How long is Certification valid for?
4 years. Black Belt recertification is required every 4 years to maintain Black Belt status. If you choose not to recertify, your certificate will simply expire.
How long is the Certification exam?
The Black Belt Certification Exam consists of a total of 185 questions that are segmented and embedded at the end of each DMAIC Phase. The total time allowed for completing the exam across all segments is 6 hours.

This was informative training, and I wish I had taken it sooner! The content can be dry (statistics) was made interesting through good graphic design and engaging examples, so the math was not as intimidating. I particularly enjoyed the combination of practical skills with soft skills for each phase.
