This is my second time through the Black Belt course as I'm working to renew my certification. The content is well presented, engaging, and what sets it apart from other trainings I've come across is the emphasis on leadership and coaching others to be successful. I recommend this coursework without reservation.

This was a very well written course! Clear and concise, the modules were divided logically and allow for very easy navigation of self-paced learning. I appreciated the consistently rooted examples that built on each other as I progressed through the course at the Bahama Bistro. My only feedback would be to ensure that you freshen up on your Green Belt material content if it has been some time (as it was for me - 7yrs) as I have leaned heavily on some of the tools over the years since Green Belting more than others so I needed to polish up on those I used less frequently to keep pace with the Black Belt course. My own challenge but something to consider as you enroll!
