There are so many ways this could be done, and a big part of coming up with a robust solution is to apply root cause analysis to why there is resistance in a specific instance. To answer this broadly would be like “Jumping to a random solution” for dealing with resistance that probably won’t work. Try PDCA on this problem itself! Collect some data, interview managers and employees, try an experiment. Something that works in one instance, may not work here.
