The best team schedules are repetitive meetings at the same time every week. Even if they are short or online, make sure there’s a “drumbeat” of meetings so people don’t’ think twice about the schedule. They always know when the meeting is. And if you can’t get everyone, go with the team you’ve got. You can also get creative with sending out questions or tasks prior to the meetings so those who cannot attend can send in information on their own time.
