We’re seeking a Director of Growth who combines the strategic mindset of a growth leader with the relationship-building skill of a senior sales professional. You’ll own the entire customer acquisition lifecycle—from generating demand to closing deals—particularly with enterprise, government, and education clients.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategies to drive top-of-funnel growth, generate qualified leads, and accelerate conversion
- Lead high-level sales conversations with executive stakeholders, guiding prospects through complex SaaS buying journeys
- Own the full client acquisition cycle: outreach, demos, proposals, closing, and strategic handoff to Customer Success
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to align growth efforts with brand mission and business goals
- Build a scalable growth engine that balances automation, experimentation, and authentic human connection
What You Bring
- 5+ years of SaaS experience with a strong mix of growth and sales leadership
- Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals and growing MRR/ARR
- Strong command of sales funnels, CRM tools, growth analytics, and A/B testing
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to earn trust at the executive level

Bonus If You Have
- Experience selling into government, education, or purpose-driven sectors
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or an interest in learning
