With having Green Belts in our office that work on multiple projects, how do we motivate the teams to use the skills taught and help convince managers to create accountability?

Very similar to how we promote and encourage good behaviors we want to keep seeing…with positive reinforcement. Also, it can be helpful to ask them to provide feedabck on what they could do differently to learn and apply more of the DMAIC tools. Let them tell you! 🙂
