Anywhere from 6-20 people, but it does depend on a few things. First of all, if 20 people are coming from all different parts of the organization and will be applying these tools individually in the facilitated classroom session, that is a lot to manage for a facilitator. So, you may prefer about 12 people. If there are people coming from the same group, and can work in groups for the tools application, that is more manageable and it would be easier to manage 20 people in 4 or 5 groups.
