It was an eye-opening experience, in viewing company bottlenecks and company root cause problems that were not being handled correctly and blamed on the people rather than the processing system.
Very direct and to the point. Absolutely enjoyed the examples and information. Highly Recommend!
The yellow belt training is user friendly, with real examples for better understanding. I am glad I completed this training, which will help me improve at my job. I would definitely recommend this training for anyone looking to learn about process improvement, waste reduction as it applicable in all areas of life.
Content good for the new learner... and good review for the more experienced practitioner
Very informative and self-paced. Practice questions within modules helps solidify and retain concepts.
Great beginner course. Nice light concepts, that use terms to level set all experience levels.
This course is the most straightforward course I have taken yet, highly recommend.
The course is great, and provides a repetitive-based approach to teaching the program's competencies. Outstanding use of visual-learning tools, augmented by audio narrative of the content of each slide; also, great use of mid-module quizzes to challenge learning and provide positive feedback.
The certification exam was straightforward and dealt with high-level objectives of the course. One star deducted for the exceptionally confusing navigation; I found the setup to be less than user friendly all along the way. Also, once enrolled, prepare to be spammed by a variety of goleansixsigma.com staff, sometimes multiple times per day, every day; that said, I received a timely response to a question during registration.
Excellent process control and creating efficient teams
Very easy to follow and time-effective program to learn the best LeanSixSigma best practices for the Yellow Belt level
