As a facilitator how do you work with very strong personalities even though ground rules were established?

Hire a strong facilitator to keep people in check with the ability to enforce the ground rules! If you must, talk with strong minded individuals before the walk and pull them aside if you need to during the walk. Remember, everyone on the walk is counting on you!
