Use the tools! Use tools that don’t give the strong personality a venue to constantly take the stage. Use digital, email or post-its and try to bring the silent minds to the fore. In particular, you may intervene as a facilitator and capture the statements of the strong personalities and then ask for the input of others. This is generally where I make big use of “silent” or post-it input.
