Huddles can help any team communicate better. We have leads, the lowest level of management conducting huddles, that are effective. However, the process of making huddles valuable isn’t always readily apparent. We sometimes see complaints about initial huddle formats until they get re-vamped or re-designed. My suggestion would be to start having them, gather feedback on their value, and make adjustments as you go. Don’t let the desire of perfection get in the way of good.
