One of the advantages of a Process Walk is actually seeing how people do their jobs. This can be physical, or it can be on a computer screen. You learn a lot by watching people do what they do. Kaizen is awesome, but the people in the room will be in a better position for the Kaizen if they’ve already walked the process. Doing a Process Walk will allow you to head into the event with the knowledge that enables the best solutions.
