I’m planning on pursuing my Masters in Construction Engineering Management. Is it possible to integrate engineering and Lean Six Sigma?

Yes. This is an industry with a plethora of application. As a matter of fact, there are many organizations geared specifically towards applying continuous improvement in construction. Here is a link for one of these nonprofits: I have worked with many construction firms in both residential and commercial industries. Projects range from finding the root cause of mold in a home, to reducing defects in window installations, to working with concrete vendors to get Just-In-Time concrete delivery for the section of foundation being built.
