I would suggest reading the book, “Switch” by the Chip and Dan Heath Brothers. The subtitle is: “How to Change Things When Change Is Hard”. A great book! Then, be thoughtful of the 3 necessary elements (all 3 elements are a MUST) for successful change. The one that people struggle with the most…Motivate The Elephant. You’ve got to help them find the feeling. The compelling, even emotional reason why the organization needs to change. Experiment and let us know what happens.
