Nice question. I do find that the idea or tool that is accepted and used is the best! Some teams just list action items on their huddle boards making those actions visible for everyone, and a nice reminder for the team. Some choose electronic. I like Trello.com. It’s an electronic Kanban Board that is easy to use, and it’s free. They also have an phone app. Involve those that will be using it, and get some agreement.
