He’s a CQE and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a background in Telecom, Industrial Hand Tools, and Building Materials Industries. When he’s not drawing up Fishbone Diagrams – he enjoys camping, biking, hiking, basketball and diaper changing with his family in Texas.
