This presentation will cover why organizations choose Lean Six Sigma and how they can stay ahead of the curve by building problem-solving cultures. We’ll cover the structure and engage in some basic concepts like the 8 Wastes to make it digestible and useful.

After the session, participants will receive free access to the 1-hour online White Belt Training and Certification. The topics covered during the session along with the online material as reference will make it possible for participants to pass the exam and receive certificates.
