I’m Tracy and I’m a Master Black Belt at I advise government and private organizations on Lean Six Sigma. By sharing over 20 years of expertise, I make it easier for people to learn and apply Lean Six Sigma to achieve their goals.

I love spearheading the implementation of Lean Six Sigma by providing training, consulting and coaching on many aspects of cultural change, including leadership development, customer experience, strategic alignment and process improvement.

Why I Love What I Do

I love helping organizations solve their culture puzzle. What is working well? What is not? What norms hold the current culture in place? We ask these questions and then we work to understand the causes behind why the culture is the way it is. This helps to effectively create ways to build an intentional culture. I also love the “A-Ha!” moment when someone realizes that this stuff (Lean Six Sigma) works. It’s obvious that they now see differently a fresh perspective – on a whole new world around them. This is why Proust’s quote (below) resonates with me. Witnessing the moments of seeing with new eyes energizes me and drives me to do what I do.

“The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new lands, but in seeing with new eyes.” – Marcel Proust

Charitable Contributions

Because I have two boys (8 & 13), most of my volunteer work occurs around them. Our family is active in coaching their baseball teams, volunteering to Chair elementary school events and participating in the Cub Scouts.

Fun Facts

I enjoy spending time with my husband and boys like going to the beach, dining in new places, and camping in our country’s stunning national parks, like Yosemite, the Grand Canyon, and Joshua Tree.

I also like to stay active and enjoy activities like mountain biking, snowboarding, ice-skating and playing on the San Diego Women’s Gaelic Football Team. I was on the team when we won the National Championships three times in the last 15 years.
